Scope, deliverables, and acceptance
Goals, technical scope, deliverables, pricing, estimated timeline, and responsibilities are defined in a written proposal, email approval, or project document.
Shopify app work may be split into admin screens, storefront components, API permissions, webhooks, App Store readiness, testing, and maintenance.
Delivered work is reviewed against the approved scope and acceptance criteria. Additional development, new integrations, or extra revisions may require separate pricing.

Access, content, and decision timing
The client is responsible for providing required store access, API keys, brand assets, copy, images, and technical information accurately and on time.
Delayed content, access, or approvals may affect delivery dates. For security, only the minimum required access is requested and should be transferred or removed after the project.
Shopify and external services
Shopify, payment providers, shipping systems, ERP/CRM tools, email services, and external APIs are subject to their own rules, fees, limits, and downtime risks.
Hafsa Software is not responsible for platform outages, third-party API changes, or provider policy changes outside its direct control.
Project access, confidentiality, and launch approval
Both parties should protect technical information, store access, API keys, business data, customer lists, pricing details, and unpublished app ideas shared during the project.
Shopify App Store review and approval are handled by Shopify. Hafsa Software supports launch preparation, technical readiness, and submission work, but cannot guarantee third-party platform approval or an exact publication date.

Pricing, payment, and suspension
Prices are stated in the project proposal. Advance payments, interim payments, or milestone-based schedules may be agreed in writing.
Work may be paused if payments are delayed, required access is not provided, or required client decisions remain open for an extended period.
Usage rights and delivered materials
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the client receives usage rights to project-specific deliverables after the related payment is completed.
Open-source packages, Shopify platform components, third-party libraries, and Hafsa Software know-how, templates, methodology, or reusable internal tools may remain subject to separate rights.
