Custom development and consulting
Analysis, UI/UX, software development, Shopify app setup, API integration, App Store preparation, testing, and consulting are performed for the client’s individual requirements.
Started or delivered work is reviewed based on time spent, outputs created, consulting provided, and approved milestone status.
Revocation rights, B2B project services, and exclusions
For transactions made as a consumer, the 14-day revocation right and legal exclusions are reviewed under the official Hafsa Software revocation text.
For custom development services provided to businesses and started according to client requirements, refund review primarily follows the written proposal, milestone status, and work actually completed.
- Consumer revocation text applies separately
- Written proposal takes priority for B2B projects
- Started custom development is reviewed separately
- Delivered digital outputs are subject to scope review
How to cancel or change scope
Cancellation, pause, or scope change requests must be sent in writing to info@hafsa.de.
Completed work, reserved team time, purchased third-party licenses, paid platform fees, and delivered materials are considered during review.
- Project name or proposal reference
- Reason for cancellation or scope change
- Requested date
- Open deliverables if any
Items generally not refundable
Custom design, code, documentation, strategy outputs, technical analysis, setup, API integration, or launch preparation may be non-refundable once started or delivered.
Third-party service fees, domains, licenses, app subscriptions, payment provider costs, or platform commissions are subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
How refund requests are reviewed
When a refund request is received, project scope, payments, completed work, and any applicable consumer revocation conditions are reviewed.
Approved refunds or offsets are confirmed in writing. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
